Can recommend for a weekend getaway
Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, with fresh smelling linens that ensured a restful night's sleep, and a fantastic location just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station.
Absolutely nothing to criticize.

The room featured a well-organized setup with two comfortable twin beds, perfect for families. The decor exuded a vintage charm.
On arrival, finding the reservation took longer than expected. The 'small double room' supposedly offered a double bed, but ended up being a bit of a squeeze, and the mattress was leaning-a bit uncomfortable for a good night's sleep initially. The cleanliness was slightly off, with some spots on the sheets and a less-than-pleasing encounter in the bathroom. While issues were addressed eventually, the initial experiences were less than ideal and could be improved.

Super friendly staff!
We spent 8 nights here and every receptionist was super nice. They even showed us a few rooms since we were staying long. We picked a room on the first floor to avoid the stairs with all our luggage. The room was clean, beds comfy, and the shower had good pressure. Food options were decent too!

The location near Paddington Station is a major plus. The staff were friendly and provided useful assistance, like supplying an extension cord for my fan. The cleanliness practices need improvement, as personal items, including shampoo and bags, were discarded without consent.

Perfect spot for exploring London!
We stayed for 12 nights and the location was just right! Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby after long days. The room was comfy with a nice bathroom. The shower had awesome pressure! Staff were super friendly, too. Just a bummer the breakfast options could've been better.

This place was just a good match for a quick layover in London with extraordinarily good value for money. The minimal tea and coffee provided at reception was basic but appreciated after a long day. Bring your own supplies to make the stay more comfortable.
